We really enjoy training Aline as she is always so enthusiastic and brings a great energy into our gym in West Ealing. When she started Personal Training with West London Fitness she was very anxious about her shoulder as she had suffered a bad dislocation. She is now very confident and able to do some very advanced exercises.
