Carol has been a client of West London Fitness for 10 years before deciding to join the team (after working in the corporate world for 30 years) so understands what it’s like to start from scratch as a new client. Her focus is on bringing her experience in coaching people (ICF Certificate in Manager as Coach) to support you in making meaningful changes to maintain long term well-being.

Carol specialises in supporting clients through the challenges of peri/menopause and pre/post-natal fitness, though she works with individuals of all ages and genders. With advanced CPD training in women’s health, Carol provides expert guidance to help you understand the changes in your body, whether you’re navigating the hormonal shifts of menopause or recovering from pregnancy and childbirth.

For peri-menopausal and menopausal clients, Carol tailors each exercise plan to help you build strength and muscle, which are proven to increase bone density, boost heart health, and enhance metabolism. Her workouts are designed to reduce joint discomfort and combat common menopause-related symptoms like brain fog, anxiety, and low energy.

For pre-natal clients, Carol designs safe, effective workouts that support your body as it adapts to pregnancy. For post-natal clients, Carol focuses on rebuilding core strength, improving pelvic floor health, and regaining overall fitness, while respecting the pace your body needs for recovery.

Carol’s holistic approach to fitness will help you feel stronger, more energised, and in control of your health at every stage of life.
