Keziah is a dedicated personal trainer having gone through her own fitness journey learning, experimenting and progressing in the gym. She now wants to support others with the learnings from her own journey.
Keziah is passionate about making the gym a welcoming space, she specialises in guiding newcomers to build confidence and achieve their fitness goals. Keziah’s training style is rooted in results, but it’s also about making the process enjoyable, empowering, and tailored to each individual.
Keziah is available Monday to Friday 5.30pm – 8.30pm and weekends.
