I’m a high-energy personal trainer specialising in calisthenics strength, muscle-up progression, athletic conditioning, and physique development. I’m known for breaking down complex skills into simple, actionable steps and creating structured programs that build real strength, clean technique, and visible results.
With strong experience in calisthenics training, hybrid strength work, and high-performance coaching, I help clients increase pull strength, master bodyweight skills, build muscle, and improve overall athleticism. My style is motivating, progression-focused, and designed to give clients confidence in their movement and long-term development.
I’m available Monday to Friday 7am–1pm and Saturdays midday–4pm.
