How does Online Personal Training work?
Our online fitness training sessions are held on a 1-2-1 basis. We utilise online video-calling platforms such as Skype, WhatsApp, Messenger or Zoom to connect with you and guide you through your online personal training programme.
How much is online personal training with West London Fitness
Our online sessions are priced in the same way as our attendance based training. We offer the same levels of client care, dedication and support – the only difference is that you can train anywhere, anytime. View our prices
