“I started out as a client at West London Fitness and over the past few years I have completely transformed how I feel about health, fitness and living a positive lifestyle by building these in to my daily routine. I look to support and encourage positive lifestyle changes that are achievable and maintainable — it’s all about getting you to where you want to be and further, whilst building and developing a knowledge base to support a long term lifestyle change”
