Over the past 25 years, Jamie has helped people lose weight, maintain fitness and health during pregnancy, get into great shape for a wedding, special event or a summer/winter holiday, and rehabilitate injuries. As West London Fitness owner and founder, Jamie brings a wealth of experience and dedication to every client relationship.
Jamie’s approach is grounded in his unique background: a Psychology degree from the Open University that gave him insight into what truly motivates people to commit to and maintain a fitness programme. He has studied the psychology of weight loss, barriers to success, and breakthrough moments that create lasting change.
His extensive qualifications in exercise referral, medical conditions, and lower back pain rehabilitation mean he’s equipped to work with clients at every stage of life and with various physical conditions. Jamie empowers his clients to accomplish goals and realise positive, long-term changes beyond what they thought possible.
