My name is Shy (she/her), I’m a Level 4 Personal Trainer, Semi-Professional Rugby player, and I’ve been lifting for over 10 years. I coach women to feel strong, confident and powerful in their bodies and I’m looking to take on new clients!
I’ve trained women at every level, from first-timers who are nervous about trying weights, to experienced lifters who want to switch up their programming and train like an athlete. No matter your starting point, my priority is creating a safe space where you can push yourself, build strength and feel confident doing it.
I build each programme around you – taking in to account your goals, lifestyle and training background. Expect structured training, clear progression and an environment where you’re supported, challenged and celebrated every step of the way.
