Our very own Exercise Advent Calendar! Day 1: Slam Balls. Here is our client Georgia Wilmot demonstrating this exercise perfectly with the 6kg slam ball. This exercise uses our legs as we push up, switching our glutes on as we push up through the shoulders and triceps, locking the core on at the top. Then a nice stress releasing movement as we throw the ball down at the floor as hard as you can. It’s tougher than you may think! Tomorrow is back squats!
