Here it is Guys!
Ok then.
DAY 1
We need to be at the White water Rafting venue for 1.30pm on friday.
This is where we need to go:
National White Water Centre, Frongoch, Bala, Gwynedd, LL23 7NU
From Trailfinders AA route finder says it is 207.2 miles and will take just under 4 hours.
I suggest that just in case we get stuck in traffic we leave at 7.30 am. This gives us a chance to stop for 20-30 mins on route and catch up with Dan!
Here is my plan for cars:
Car 1: Dangerous Dan: Brave passengers will be Fawzia, Georgia M (G-Unit) Georgia W and Aravin.
Car 2: Coxy : With Mark, Ally, Jen and Joella.
You guys will meet at Trailfinders and leave from there. It is fine to leave your cars there.
Car 3 : Simon and Carol. They will be on there own as they think we all smell.
Car 4 : Me! Ems, Wellsey and Gips.
We will be leaving from Twickenham as we all live near there. We will meet up at a services en route. If we could share the cost of petrol amongst your own cars I think that would be the best thing to do.
So things that we need for Rafting are:
- A swim suit for under your wetsuit which we will hire for £5 when we are there unless you have your own then feel free to bring it.
- A base layer/skin rash vest top if you have one but no cotton tops. This is not necessary though. Just might keep you a bit warmer.
- A towel
We then need to get to our next destination which is the Bed and Breakfast:
Glan Y Gro, Llangower, Bala, Gwynedd, LL23 7BT
This is only 4 miles away:
Route
We can then chill out for a bit before we go to this place for dinner at 7.30pm:
Post code: LL23 7NW
This is a short drive or 30 minute walk. We will probably walk if its not raining.
Day 2:
We are going to leave at around 10 am for our climb on saturday. It is a half hour drive and the walk will take around 4-5 hours.

We should leave around 11am.
Time for a run in the morning!
What you need:
- They provide wellies so we do not need to bring them
- Plenty of layers as it may get cold down there
Go below finishes at 5pm. We may find somewhere to eat on the way home.
Recap on what we need:

- lots of pairs of socks!
- They provide wellies so we do not need to bring them
- Plenty of layers as it may get cold down there
