I contacted West London Fitness as I was looking for a personal trainer in Ealing and Shy was absolutely fantastic! She created a workout plan that aligned with my goals and I could see a massive difference within the first few weeks. Shy was super understanding of my weaknesses but pushed me just enough for me to realise I could do it! Not only did Shy help improve my fitness, but she also massively helped improve my confidence in myself. Cannot recommend her enough!Posted on Angela BenjaminTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Having set myself specific fitness goals for the year, i decided to enlist the help of a personal trainer to guide me and keep me accountable. I’m so pleased that I chose Shy at West London Fitness. From the outset I was impressed with her pre-training assessment. Shy is very particular about the specifics of training: she keeps a close eye on form, gives helpful feedback and progresses the programme in a challenging way. I feel confident that I will achieve my personal fitness goals under Shy’s guidance and would recommend her to anyone looking for a fun, caring and professional personal trainer.Posted on Z KTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. If you’re looking for a personal trainer in Ealing, I honestly can’t recommend Shy enough. Since finding her and working with her, I genuinely can’t imagine training without her. She has built my confidence in the gym in a way I didn’t expect, and I’ve seen my strength grow week by week. The sessions aren’t always easy - but they shouldn’t be. They’re motivating, structured, and always have purpose. Shy explains everything clearly, gives practical tips along the way, and makes sure I understand what I’m doing and why. Her communication is amazing - she’s reliable, organised, and I’ve never been let down. I’m so glad I have her!Posted on Lynn WilsonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have been working out with Carol Redman, Personal Trainer at West London Fitness, Ealing virtually every week now for the last 2 years. She is great. I was looking to supplement my running endurance base with strength and flexibility work, Carol’s sessions have been tailor made and really effective. She has offered a varied and challenging program to suit my requirements. I eagerly look forward to attending every class, it has made a big difference, making me feel stronger and better balanced. Carol makes me feel confident in my abilities and is clear in her instructions on how to use the various bits of equipment which are on offer. The gym is a perfect size and is a very welcoming space to be working out in. I would definitely recommend Carol and West London Fitness if you are looking for that one to one attention and detail.Posted on Kasra AminiTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I trained with Karl when I was about 18 and I genuinely owe so much of who I became to him and Jaime. At that time I was struggling with my weight, confidence and routine. Karl wasn’t the type of trainer who just hands you a program and says “do this.” He made me understand that if I wanted real change, I needed to change my lifestyle, habits and the way I approached consistency long-term. He didn’t just help me get into the best physical shape I’d ever been in – he helped me come out of my shell. I was shy, insecure and found it hard to connect with people. Karl helped me see my own potential. He pushed me physically to levels I never thought possible and mentally helped build confidence that carried into every part of my life. I’m now living in New Zealand at 30 years old, and I still look back at those years with so much gratitude. The confidence, belief and discipline they helped me develop completely changed my life beyond just training. A massive thank you to both Karl & Jaime for everything you’ve done for me. I can never thank you enough. 🙏Posted on Molly SmythTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I was looking for a PT to enhance my gym routine, to improve my performance as a rugby player. I found Shy!! A personal trainer in Ealing; she is super knowledgable, easygoing and enthusiastic. She planned our sessions meticulously and was a super motivating trainer. I really looked forward to my PT sessions with Shy, and she has given me a strong foundation to continue my fitness journey with. I would definitely recommend Shy to any athlete looking to build muscle and endurance.Posted on Lydia HowarthTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I started to see Elaine Blanchett about 6 months ago following an injury which had really limited the amount of exercise I could do. Having not been in a gym for many years Elaine really helped me to feel comfortable and, very importantly, made exercise fun! Highly recommend.Posted on Natalya SmorodinovaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I would like to provide my feedback about my personal coach Georgia Jones. When I first came to Georgia, I was at a point of my life where I felt disconnected from my body. I hadn’t been physically active for quite some time, and I was struggling with low confidence, especially as I begun experiencing the early stages of peri menopause. I saw Georgia’s ad on Facebook and decided to take a leap and book private sessions - initially with the goal of losing weight and finding someone who could motivate and support me. From our first session, Georgia made me feel seen and understood. She didn’t just focus on the physical aspect- she took the time to understand my emotional state, my insecurities, and the deeper reasons behind my goals. Her approach is incredibly thorough and intuitive. She tailored exercises to meet me where I was, helping me gradually rebuilt not just my strength, but also my confidence. Georgia is more than just a fitness coach -she is a true support system. Her coaching style is compassionate, empowering, and grounded in real care for her client’s overall well being. Thanks to her, I’ve started to feel stronger physically, but more importantly, I’ve experienced a huge shift mentally and emotionally. I feel more confident, more in tune with my body, and more hopeful about my journey.Posted on Lauren RichardsonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Elaine Blanchett is the best PT I’ve ever had! I trust her 100% and the personalised approach she takes means I feel in such safe hands. I have some issues with my back, prior injuries etc and she ensures everything is tailored with adjustments that mean I can work out safely but still build strength and mobility. I feel challenged but most importantly, supported, which is what keeps me going consistently. She gets the reality of trying to build strength whilst also juggling a hectic job and a 3 year old. Couldn’t recommend her highly enough!!!Posted on Beth BartlamTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Working out with PT Carol Redman from West London Fitness was one of the best decisions I made for my physical and mental well being. I'd reached a physical plateau and was feeling pretty rubbish but wasn't prepared to put it down to middle age. I started strength training with Carol online once a week. She introduced me to weights, explaining physiology, safe and correct positioning and constantly keeping things interesting by changing the programme. The great thing with Carol is how relatable she is, she has a natural warmth, is patient, explains things simply but most importantly is a brilliant motivator. A year on I feel fitter, stronger than I have in the last ten years and proud of how I feel. Thanks Carol.
