Exercise Advent Calendar Day 5: Battle rope Alternate Arm slams
Here Aravin is demonstrating the battle rope alternate arm slam exercise. This was only Aravin’s second session with us so he is doing really well here. This is a great anaerobic exercise which works the legs in a static hold position, is great for grip strength and power through the forearms and shoulders. This is a very challenging exercise, well done and thanks for being great fun Aravin!
