Exercise Advent Calendar day 4: Wall ball throws. Big thank you to Fiona Simons for demonstrating this exercise so well. The ball weighs 4kg, is a great size for keeping the shoulder girdle neutral as you throw, involves a squat as you catch the ball whilst locking your core on. As you throw the ball fire your glutes on the way up working the chest and shoulders as you push the ball as hard as you can against the wall. Great exercise and good fun!
