Exercise Advent Calendar Day 7: Incline Dumbbell Press
Here is Dan demonstrating the Incline Dumbbell Press for us. Dumbbells gives us a nice equilibrium when we train as we are working both sides of the body equally and not pushing or pulling through our stronger side. The incline allows us to work the upper fibres off the pectoral muscles which is a good area to target in your chest workout to create balance and shape.
