Here is Jen demonstrating the body row on the TRX for us so well. Thank you Jen, you are a star.
Body weight rows on the TRX are a great exercise to get those shoulder blades back. A lot of people who we see have sadly been slouched over a computer all day which over time can round your upper back, create tension in your neck and impact on your overall posture. It is important to pull yourself up equally through both arms and keep the upper trapezius muscles nice and relaxed.
